Finding your soul mate

Is it really true that finding a soul mate is really hard to find?

A happiness guru named Caloy Atayde says that living a good and happy life is the key to finding one’s soul mate. When you are in love, you experience laughter from the heart, a feeling of joy, peace, and contentment all rolled into one.

The guru says that for us to experience true love, we must know how to appreciate others and truly be concerned about their well-being. We all want to experience genuine love and happiness but most of us do not really know what to do. Being aware of our thoughts and emotions are the first thing we need to do.

“We all live to love and experience the joy and happiness that come from love. This is the purpose of our life. If you are a loving, happy, and responsible person, there will many who would want to be your life-long partner, but they may not necessarily be your soul mate.”

It will still depends on us on how to find our soul mate. We might not know that maybe our best friend or one of our enemy might be our soul mate.
